Though, the two virtual DC's that we are having problems with were are on the child domain and were set to sync with the DC that I demoted last week. The clock instantly jumps forward one hour. But when I started looking around the configuraiton of the DC's they all had different settings Some were set to sync with an internet time source, some were set to sync weblink but in this virtual pc world, there is no external world, so the DC will have to make do with the CMOS.
System time itself seemed to be syncronous. We already have 4-5 application servers (instant messaging, WSUS, AV, etc.).
