User Environment Cannot Load Local Profile


Didn't backup this system...... No luck.I'm starting to form 3 'theories'-1 the virus damaged some hardware and my system is having trouble maintaining windows XP-2 The virus is still here even after the re-format and System shows error while viewing pdf file in web b... They lose even more time trying to reload the OS or search for a software cure when it's just a hardware issue.
