I'm confused.I would have thought that I would have to replace this program since it was deleted. C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\msconfig.exe If so, check PATH in environmental variables setup. I don't ever use the run box but make a manual shortcut to the msconfig file during machine configuration.
