It should be located in 32 bit systems: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Include 64 bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Include if VS was installed in the default directory. I downloaded and installed Visual C++ 2005 Express, and then downloaded and installed the Platform SDK SP2. I am half through reading a book on introductory course to c++ and what I used above is far from being any c++ code.
