Visual Studio 2010 Cannot Drag Controls


I have a very difficult time believing him though, because MY Visual Studio does NOT do this and EVERYTHING I've read and all the SilverLight coding sessions I've attended claim there Does this help fixing the problem? Although I tried this previously and it had no effect, this time it worked and I can now drag controls properly. The only work-around I seem to have is to close and re-open the project every time this happens. The incredibly obvious answer is-don't edit the GUI in VS2008-do it in Blend.
