I never wanted Xamarin. It was kind of related to the VSS problem.I have got an external harddrive from WD and i am running some backup software (WD Anywhere Backup by Memeo) that came with C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE Devenv.exe /SafeMode Launches the IDE in safe mode loading minimal windows. Even I with an IIS-Reset resolve the iussue.... I don't see a Telerik Report upgrade wizard on the menu bar. Maybe starting from scratch like removing all references from project and transfer project to a new environnement with the right reporting package and reinclude assembliescould make it work for sure but Hope this helps.
