User Cannot Run Crystal Reports Not Administrator


My user account does not have a password associated with it and never has. Users will only need this account to create or make changes to Crystal Reports. Passwords can be up to 50 characters in length and MUST begin with a letter. This has started since the removal of the Windows authentication on the virtual directory.
