I've verified the server is indeed the Exchange server and I've tried using the IP instead of the server name. Why this happens I don't know yet, but a restart of the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service (and the associated Auto Accept Agent) does the trick for me. The similar symptom will occur a. Launch the ADSIEditor (Start->run-> ADSIEditor.msc) b. Expand “Domain”->”DC=DomainName,DC=com”->”OU=xxx” c. In the right-pane, right-click problematic user object, select “Properties” d. In the “Attribute Editor” tab, check I did registry changes and configure the firewall, problem solved, all clients now can use Outlook 2003 and 2007.
