Go back to yourListorLibrary Settingsand the error should be gone. I'll update if I find out anything more or resolve the issue. From what I have read so far, this error could be related to a post SP2 upgrade issue some other people experienced. So, it's and AD Authentication.

Maybe one day I'll get back to writing here.

I found plenty of people reporting the issue and many of those also bagged Microsoft for telling them that it could be fixed by simply re-publishing the workflow.
