Right out of the box with no workflows or customizations. Now a workflow has stopped working, it's a basic one that just sends an email when a new item is added to a list. The error is below - surely I need to look elsewhere in the workflow for this deleted user? This has stumped me as there's no way the previously deleted user can still be there?
