Are keywords in resolv.conf case sensitive? So I suspect that you are going to be causing problems for Unity that way too because it is Gnome base running what is a closer relative to Gnome Shell than navigate here TIKZ: foreach not compatible with calc-library? I have a lot of glitches with unity still, so I use xfce. During my failed logi attempt through Ubuntu, a couple times I caught glimpses of a white window. Then going to /etc/X11 and copying the xconf file from xconf.date to xconf as mentioned in other threads.
Issue continues. If you want something else don't have Unity on that install at all. There are actually other DEs that will work as well or better than Unity on a computer with a touch screen. It will only cause you grief.
I have not run a search on that but if it is indeed in the repo it would be better to use it from there than the ppa.
