I have been at this for 2 weeks and was ready to go purchase a new computer. Please try again later. hey there,i haven't a clue how this happened but i have just gone through the same thing. However, after a few seconds, it says "Windows Explorer is not responding" and then "Windows Explorer is restarting"... useful reference
