The easiest way to find out how much NPP is being used is to look at the performance tab in Windows task manager. This is where you get into the Windows side of things for troubleshooting. The site has been disabled. We have a program running on two mirrored server, they are all Win2003 and and IIS6. Our application code was working perfectly when our IIS server was running in Windows 2003 but when we ported it to Windows 2008, it started throwing "(404) Not Found" exception.
IIS was not able to process configuration for the Web site or application. I recently got an interesting case on this issue. Non Paged pool memory size cannot be configured. I turned off the firewall, but the correct ports are open and it made no difference, so I turned it back on. IIS was not able to access the web.config file for the Web site or application.
I have the port opened and am using a direct NAT on the port.
