On the tomcat window where tomcat is running i'mgetting following error.org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create JDBC driver of class '' for connect URL 'null'at org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.BasicDataSource.createDataSource(BasicDataSource.java:780)at org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.BasicDataSource.getConnection(BasicDataSource.java:540)at testpkg.TestSQLLoad.init(TestSQLLoad.java:27)at org.apache.jsp.JSP.test_002ddb_jsp._jspService(org.apache.jsp.JSP.test_002ddb_jsp:54)at org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:99)at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:802)at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.service(JspServletWrapper.java:325)at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.serviceJspFile(JspServlet.java:295)at org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.service(JspServlet.java:245)at Put the Microsoft jdbc driver jar files, as well as commons-pool-1.2.jar, commons-dbcp-1.2.1.jar, and commons-collections-3.0.jar into $TOMCAT_HOME$\common\lib\2. have a peek at this web-site

Java.sql.sqlexception: Cannot Create Jdbc Driver Of Class '' For Connect Url 'null' Except, obviously for the 5% of the work that's going to take 95% of the time.

However, the problem is really that Tomcat can't read the context configuration file (perhaps an web-app startup error message should if no context.xml or context entry exists in the server.xml.2) The Check This Out I also found that the parameters given in the context does not always work depending on the platform, driver, version, and so on, but placing them in the globals always works. By specifying the war as a docBase, you're probably telling Tomcat to run the webapp from the war file. Would you like to answer one of these unanswered questions instead?
