So why does this error happen? The domain controller is WIN-NBYHCFE1J04 thats what is shows. It doesn't take much for hardware to get a simple DC setup at a remote location. The PC originally had Win95 on it and I used an upgrade disc to install XP, not sure if this could be the source of the issue???
