(mscorlib) I ran the Process Monitor and recieved over 12 processes that give me messages of File Name not found, Path not found, Buffer overflow, etc…I'm stumped and I'm not a server There is a skeleton machine.config.default file within the same directory with which I replaced the broken file to make the application work.
